Introduction
This manual is compiled in terms of section 51 of the Act and pertains to Mobile Industries Limited, to provide information regarding the procedure to be followed in requesting information for the purpose of exercising or protecting rights.

Mobile Industries Limited is an investment holding company listed on the JSE Limited and is the pyramid company of Trencor Limited. The company's interests comprise a holding of 47% in Trencor Limited and 100% in Mobile Acceptances (Proprietary) Limited, which in turn holds 100% of the issued share capital of Transport Acceptances (Proprietary) Limited. Mobile Acceptances (Proprietary) Limited and Transport Acceptances (Proprietary) Limited are dormant subsidiaries.
